Our client, a highly respected local employer, is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to work at their friendly offices based in Redruth.

Duties to include most, if not all of the following; – Accounts payable process

– Accounts receivable process
– Bank reconciliations and cash management
– Balance sheet reconciliations
– Preparation of management accounts and analysis

you may be part-qualified or have an AAT qualification, but this is not essential if you have the right experience.

you will need to be an experienced Excel user. Previous experience of working with the Sage Line 50 accounting package is highly desirable; if not this then you will need to demonstrate fluency with another similar package and an ability to learn new systems quickly.

you’ll need to be able to explain financial processes and issues to non-finance staff, so good communication skills are essential.
