No. Concorde provides a completely free service to our candidates.


How will you contact me for work?

Primarily by phone so we can chat through the details or alternatively by email or text. Our offices are open from 7.30am to 5.30pm. Outside of these hours you can leave a message on the answer machine or drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Why should we use Concorde Recruitment?

We find this often suits our employers, as it represents a low risk method of recruitment. This means we have a wider understanding of the local economy and knowledge of practical training meaning we can further support your needs.


What happens if I want to take them on permanently?

Due to the quality of our supply staff this happens a lot! We are always competitive on price and if they’ve been with you over 26 weeks, they’re free!


What happens if you haven’t got anyone available for us, we don’t want to be left without cover?

Customer service is our highest priority and we’ll work with you on every booking, we will let you know as early as we can if this situation arises giving you plenty of time to react. We never send a general cover if you need someone more experienced.

Can you advise me on pay rates?

With a wealth of knowledge & experience within the recruitment market place, we understand salary expectations, temporary pay levels for particular job roles and sector areas. We use and share this information to ensure you are paying the correct rate.


How do I know that Concorde temporary workers hold relevant Qualifications/Tickets/Licenses?

We ensure that during registration our temporary staff produces original copies of relevant qualifications/tickets/licenses that they hold.  Copies of these are held on a candidate’s file.
