Highly regarded company based in Falmouth, Cornwall are looking to recruit a Sales/Customer Service Administrator for an initial 6 month assignment.
1.Assist customer service team with core priorities, including processing invoices for goods that have been shipped and issuing order confirmations to customers once despatch dates have been confirmed by group companies.
2.Assisting with telephone enquiries, taking messages and arranging call backs, where required.
3.General administrative support, as required. This may include: booking meeting rooms/ travel; allocating e-mails from a shared inbox; data entry/ maintenance.
Skills and qualities:
·Prior experience in admin and customer service.
·Skilled in use of systems and communication technology, e.g. Microsoft office etc
·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
·Confident in speaking to customers and suppliers
·Able to meet deadlines and targets
·Keen attention to detail.
