Are you an experienced sales manager or Senior Negotiator looking for your next challenge? Our client are looking for a new Branch Manager to manage the in house sales team at one of their branches in Helston. This exciting opportunity is for an immediate start.
You will be responsible for the daily management of both the office and the sales team. As a Branch Manager you will also be responsible for implementing the companies business plan and ensure that the companies high standards are maintained.
A further list of key duties for the Branch Manager are below:
-Work with the Business Development Manager to optimize your branch’s performance
-Demonstrate your leadership qualities in training and developing staff
-Maintaining company professional/customer service standards and ensuring that they are adhered to.
-Ensure staff achieve/exceed targets
-Identify staff training requirements with reports to the Business Development Manager
The successful candidate and Branch Manager will have:
-Experience managing or working in a senior position at estate agents
-Proven track record obtaining results
-Track record of inspiring, training and nurturing a team
The position of Branch Manager comes with a quarterly bonus scheme if targets are achieved.
