We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Medical Secretary for a part time vacancy based near Redruth (25 hours per week)
This is a long-term temporary vacancy, which could lead to a permanent post after several months.
Our client is looking for applicants able to provide accurate and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the partners, staff & patients. Excellent customer service is KEY.
(Must have experience using EMIS)
• Previous experience working as Medical receptionist within the last 3 to 4 years.
• Audio typing qualification or proof of relevant experience.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• GCSE English at grade C or above
• Knowledge of data protection legislation and guidelines relating to patient confidentiality
• Receive incoming and initiate outgoing telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with appropriate queries and ensuring data is accurate and relevant.
