xciting new opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator based in Launceston!
This is a permanent vacancy, which our client is looking to interview for as soon as possible (Start date: 22/29th March)
You will be required to provide administrative and clerical tasks to support the office processes. You will also undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping.
• Availability to interview as soon as possible.
• Proven experience as office administrator or other clerical position
• Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Working with SAGE accountancy software
Working hours: Monday to Friday (No weekends) 37.5 hours pw.
