Highly respected organisation based near Truro, Cornwall are looking to recruit a permanent Recruitment Coordinator.
Main Purpose of Job
To manage and develop the company's in-house recruitment process; ensuring the recruitment process aligns with current and future workforce needs. You will be responsible for co-ordinating recruitment campaigns and developing the most effective, economical, and appropriate recruiting channels and methods. You will be required to co-ordinate the interview process and to act as a point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

A clear, confident and effective communicator. Able to network and build lasting professional relationships with hiring managers, recruitment agents and candidates alike.
Driven. While experience is helpful, potential is key! If you are keen to progress, they will try to provide comprehensive training relevant to this role and allow you space to grow.
Marketing savvy. They are passionate about telling their our story and hope you will be too; using a range of online platforms to connect with candidates and provide insight into life within their different outlets.
Commercially minded. The company provides services to the care industry. Of course, you don’t need to know everything about everyone, but intellectual curiosity is a key attribute we look for in all out people and our HR and Recruitment team is no exception.
