A well respected client who has recently expanded their offices and are now looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join their team. This role will suit a candidate who has experience of supporting other administrators and management within big teams. My client’s office is based in the heart of Falmouth, with views from the office windows of the busy and picturesque harbour, with the local amities within a 5-minute walk of the office.
An ideal candidate will be proactive and looking for a career where they will be able to progress and learn different roles. My client is looking for someone who is confident with meeting others, chatty and willing to work as a team. This position is a full-time permanent position to start within the next 2 weeks. The working hours will be Monday-Friday 08:45-17:15.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Dealing with phone calls and emails, ensuring they are answered in a timely manner.
Providing dairy management
Filing of files both electronically and manually
Using a CRM system
Taking notes in meetings for management
PA duties to management
Main point of contact for the company
Required Skills & Experience:
1 year of Admin Experience
1 year of Receptionist experience
