A sound knowledge of modern offices

… and what we’d like:
Experience of KPIs and CRM systems
Training / marketing experience (or knowledge)
Ability to organise mail / email campaigns

…and these are must-haves for experienced people:
B2B sales experience and industry knowledge
Ability to generate and maximise revenue
Interviewing / assessment skills
Knowledge of employment procedures, legislation and contracts
Copy-handling ability: your written, verbal and IT-literacy must be excellent.

You’ll be numerate and persuasive, a problem-solver and decision-maker.
The jobs don’t currently involve management, but one day might; never say never.
