Since 1 October 2011, all agency workers who have completed a 12 week qualifying period with a hirer are entitled to treatment equal to that of the hirer’s own workers in respect of pay and basic working conditions. The Employment Agency (i.e. Concorde Recruitment) is responsible for ensuring equal treatment is provided. In order to be able to do this properly, we need to liaise with all clients to find out what the relevant conditions are.
